Designed for Impact: Mohawk surpasses 2025 sustainability goals and sets new targets for 2030

With the publication of the 17th Impact Report, Mohawk Industries presents the results achieved by the Group in 2025. Among the initiatives featured in the Report are also the projects developed by Marazzi Group in support of people, innovation, the local area, and environmental efficiency.

Mohawk Industries has published its 17th Impact Report, Designed for Impact, which documents the Group’s achievements in 2025 and presents the new objectives that will guide the sustainability journey in the coming years.

The Report highlights the progress made in reducing greenhouse gas emissions, landfill waste, and water consumption, along with investments in circular economy, product innovation, and production efficiency. Thanks to these results, Mohawk has surpassed several targets set for 2025 and has established new goals for 2030 and 2035.

Among the achievements highlighted in the Impact Report are several initiatives developed by Marazzi Group over the past year. In 2025, the company obtained Gender Equality Certification, confirmed its Top Employer and Best Employer recognitions, strengthened the PEOPLE-NESS program dedicated to employee wellbeing and development, and promoted the Parco Lineare project, an urban regeneration initiative that reinforces the relationship between the company and the local community.

This commitment to people and communities is also reflected in educational and outreach activities. Since 2023, the Welcome to Marazzi for Kids & Schools program has involved more than 1,700 students, offering them the opportunity to learn about ceramic culture, manufacturing processes, and the company’s commitment to sustainability.

Environmental commitment has continued through the use of 100% renewable electricity purchased from renewable sources, improved energy efficiency across production facilities, and the completion of the transition to kraft cardboard packaging, contributing to the Group’s overall sustainability performance.
