The Group among the Best Employers Europe 2026

After four consecutive years among the Best Employers Italy, in 2026 the Group also enters for the first time the Europe’s Best Employers ranking, compiled by Statista in collaboration with the Financial Times.

This important recognition expands the scope of an evaluation already established at the national level and confirms the value of the work carried out every day by our people, both in Italy and in the various countries where the Group operates.

The research is based on independent and anonymous surveys addressed to employees of thousands of European companies, with the aim of identifying the organizations most appreciated for quality of the workplace, corporate culture, trust, inclusion, and the ability to value people.

For the company, this result also represents further confirmation of a journey built over the years through genuine attention to people, professional growth, widespread responsibility, and initiatives aimed at fostering a workplace that is increasingly fair and inclusive, as also demonstrated by the recent achievement of Gender Equality Certification.

This is a result that belongs to the entire community.
