Ragno's Landscape collection is used for the interiors of an airy, light-filled apartment where the sky is also a major player.
We are on the twenty-sixth floor of a skyscraper in Punta Paitilla, a residential district of Panama City, a factor which alone is enough to guarantee that an apartment's interior will be light-filled and airy. The various rooms were designed with their relationship to the outdoorsin mind, with a unique, exquisite continuity, where even the sky and its colours play a clearly defined role. The blue of daytime and the lights of night-time dialogue through a series of large windows, with subtle, neutral modulation of the living and sleeping areas. The choice of neutral, unobtrusive colours encourages a mood of relaxation, and in the bathrooms it helps to define the visual, tactile well-being which originated in spas and wellness centres but has now also become popular in home design.
Landscapestone-effect stoneware in Crema colour, in the two finishes, bush-hammered and natural, provides the covering for the master bathroom. The natural finish, in the 60x120 cm size, is chosen for all the walls except for the shower base and the mirror wall, which are covered with the bush-hammered finish in the 30x60 cm size. The subtle effects achieved with the colour shades are given added strength and resonance by the alternation of textures and patterns, designing the bathroom's walls and floors in a way which specifically identifies the various areas and functions.
Landscape, in Antracite colour and 60x120 cm size, has also been chosen as the covering for the whole of the atrium and for the three blocks which divide the lounge from the entrance corridor.
Ragno wood-look stoneware covers the entire floor.
The continuity of neutral colours is only interrupted in sections by touches of colour, particularly various shades of blue, used on all occasions to highlight details and accessories chosen for continuity with the outdoors. The sky enters every room thanks to the large strip, or floor-to-ceiling, windows.
