Ragno’s Tile Week 2022, held at the Group headquarters in Sassuolo from 26 to 30 September, was a resounding success.
Five days of immersion in the world of ceramics, with experiential visitor pathways, renewed spaces, outdoor areas, state-of-the-art technologies, inspirations, colors, textures and new trends.
One of the new features was the new Ragno Trend Lab, designed by the Buildest architecture firm.
This space, entirely dedicated to the ceramic and stoneware collections, exhibited various moodboards with original product mix & matches in line with the latest trends.
Combinations and pairings of collections with vibrant colors, gleaming effects, small sizes, wall tiles and high-end stoneware, a source of inspiration for creating original compositions for versatile applications.
Products are displayed on both vertical and horizontal surfaces for a full appreciation of the individual collections’ distinctive features and characteristics.
The Ragno collections are mounted on anthracite color supports to provide a uniform background against which the products appear to excellent effect, while the wood listel tiles on the walls and in the entrance, decorated with plants, create a warmer, more welcoming ambience.
The new Ragno showroom has also been totally renewed and is now an indoor and outdoor space of about 2,000 m2 where visitors can admire all the infinite applications of Ragno ceramic and stoneware products.
The new showroom was designed by the Vanessa Pisk styling firm with an entrance featuring an attractive bar/restaurant with large windows overlooking an outdoor area decorated with an original mix & match of collections.
It is paved with four collections with different material effects: concrete-look Stratford; Realstone_Argent in the warm tones of an antique stone; Woodsense interpreting oak wood; and finally Eterna, the antibacterial stone-effect collection produced with 40% recycled material.
The small size of Sol, a collection inspired by Vietri ceramics, covers the walls and the shower lining, giving the interior a particularly intimate, cosy ambience.
In the new Ragno showroom, the collections have been used to illustrate a variety of intended uses, from residential to commercial, to demonstrate the breadth and versatility of the product offering.
Large slabs, small-size tiles and geometrical, floral and tropical decors: the new Ragno showroom exhibits all the possible combinations of sizes, effects, finishes and moods.
The Design Gallery also played a star role in Tile Week 2022, with the special street food area where local products and flavours delighted guests’ palates with traditional recipes and dishes.
Another point of focus was the Design Table, a research aid for exploring processes and decors of the company’s past and the history and craftsmanship of the ceramic tradition.
