In the heart of Bratislava lies Bistrot St. Germain, a space that harmoniously blends past and present, brought to life by architect Michal Staško.
Among its standout features is the Gleeze collection in the Giada color, which covers the walls with a mix of smooth surfaces and the three-dimensional texture of the Eye 3D structure. This collection embraces imperfection as an aesthetic value, evoking the artisanal processes of traditional ceramic craftsmanship. Its bold tones, irregular surfaces, and rust and iron drips tell unique stories, bringing authenticity and warmth to the space.
Warm lighting enhances the greenish and bluish hues of the tiles, creating a refined interplay of reflections that gives the bistrot a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.
The interior design is a dialogue between modernity and memory: the wooden bookshelf integrates seamlessly with the Gleeze tiles, while vintage details, red upholstered sofas, and decorative plants complete the setting with a touch of natural elegance. The green and white checkerboard floor adds visual depth and reinforces the identity of the space.
Bistrot St. Germain is not just a place to enjoy refined dishes, but an immersive experience where architecture and design come together to inspire conviviality and discovery.
